96% of all people with disabilities report facing obstacles when traveling. That's 1.3 billion travelers who repeatedly encounter invisible barriers – lost wheelchairs at airports, inaccessible transportation, accommodations, and much more.
During the holiday season, Ottobock introduced a new travel class: "The Invisible Class" – symbolically representing a class that isn't chosen by the individual, but rather one that people with disabilities are forced into. While over 4,000 advertisements appeared at travel-related locations, the film launched a global social media initiative, drawing worldwide attention to a far too often overlooked problem.
